Terms & Conditions – Visiting Tailor Service

Appointment Booking

  • Appointments for the Visiting Tailor service are scheduled within a maximum of one week, depending on the season and availability.
  • The timing of each visit depends on the availability in each Emirate, and a booking confirmation will be provided accordingly.

Delivery Policy

  • Orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the invoice date, depending on the season.
  • Free delivery is available within Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.
  • For all other Emirates, a fixed delivery fee of AED 35 applies.

Alterations / Changes

  • If the mistake is from Dar Al Hay’s team, whether in taking measurements, tailoring the kandura, or fabric quality issues, both the alteration service and delivery will be provided completely free of charge.
  • If the alteration is requested by the customer (and was not initially communicated), a delivery fee of AED 35 will apply.
  • Alterations usually require 5 to 7 business days, depending on the season and workload.
