Welcome to Dar Al Hay. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order on our website. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Product Visualization & Accuracy

  • We make every effort to ensure that all product images on our website accurately represent our garments and accessories.

  • The Design Customization Tool is provided for visual reference only. Final product colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays, lighting, or fabric dye lots.

  • Minor variations in stitching, design, or fabric tone may occur due to craftsmanship and production differences, especially for orders placed at different times.

2. Measurements & Fitting

  • Body measurements provided by you will be adjusted based on your selected fit preference (Slim, Regular, or Loose).

  • If you submit kandora or garment measurements instead of body measurements, our team will follow those exactly without adjustment.

  • Please allow for a standard tolerance of ±1 cm in accordance with international tailoring standards.

3. Quality & Fabric Variations

  • We stand behind the quality of our fabrics and craftsmanship.

  • However, minor differences may occur between items made from the same material across different production batches due to normal variations in weaving or dyeing.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Any change or cancellation must be requested before production begins.

  • To make a request, please contact our customer service promptly at info@daralhay.ae

  • Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

5. Exchange & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Eligible only if:

  • The item has a defect in material or workmanship, or

  • The product does not match the approved measurements or confirmed design.

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Custom-tailored garments (unless defective)

  • Perfumes or personal care items

  • Rush or express orders

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items

Process:

  • Email info@daralhay.ae  to request return authorization.

  • Use the original packaging and ensure all previous shipping labels are removed or covered.

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer only.

  • Returns within the UAE may be subject to shipping and 5% VAT charges.

6. Remake Policy (Fit Issues)

  • If your custom garment does not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by you, we offer complimentary alterations where possible.

  • For international customers, freight charges and customs duties will be borne by the customer.

7. Payment Terms

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express (AED transactions only).

  • The customer’s name must match the cardholder’s name for online payments.

  • All online transactions are processed securely.

8. International Orders & Customs Duties

  • Customs duties or import taxes may apply and vary by destination country.

  • These fees are not determined or charged by Dar Al Hay and remain the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customs charges are non-refundable once applied.

  • Refused deliveries may be refunded minus delivery, return, and applicable VAT costs.

09. Legal Compliance

  • Dar Al Hay does not trade with or ship to OFAC-sanctioned countries, in accordance with UAE law.

  • The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and all disputes are governed by UAE law.

10. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect operational or legal changes. The latest version will always be available on our website.
